We treated Dato’ Segara for his frozen shoulder and for back pain due to lumbar spondylosis. When he first came, he complained of moderate pain (4/10 for both the shoulder and back), restricted movement (his range was 90 degrees vs. the normal 140-160 degrees) and limitations on functional activities such as gardening. After our treatment, which lasted 21 sessions, we got rid of his frozen shoulder, his pain level dropped to 1/10 for his shoulder and 0/10 for his back, his range improved to 130 degrees and he could go back to doing the activity that he loves in retirement – gardening.
