Long term chronic lower back pain usually can result in sciatica, which is a condition where the sciatic nerve is impinged, causing numbness and tingling pain down the leg. Sarah suffered from both back pain and sciatica from a fall 5 years ago, and despite many types of treatments like chiropractors and conventional care, she did not recover.
